Counterdeed meaning

A  counterdeed is a deed of  action which alters an official  record within  the group agreeing to  the jurisdiction:  A  record counter act is a secret or  private (private affects the One ) act  of One done by free will action with intent to alter, create , withdraw  or refute  one or more  public (public affects the many) records held in the custody of the custodian of the public ( available to all)  administrative record system of a public group!  The  overseers charged  with the duty of keeping records ,  events and activities of  its member citizens and officers managing   the vital  record statistics of the group. ( be it a country , city or any size kingdom) 

Government in general is the management of the public records of the group  and is called a re-public . The people in the group  are the public.  Records are not people  so are administered as the re-public . Only if you identify with a  group record set  do you become responsible to it.  A government not being real but only a fictional creation  cannot have power over the living being,   only records  they create.  You are the   government over your own house ,  keeping your private papers and  recording  private events  in the  family bible 

The government then  could be see as a parasite that survives on its host the people .  If it gets to big it overtakes the host  slowing it down due to the drag  and eventually killing the host from the excessive burden of  supporting  the parasite.  So think of the counter deeds  as pruning  the parasite  a de wormer until you have the knowledge to rid you home government of the parasite  and set up your own godly society  based on truth and freedom  instead of  servitude. 

Servitude legal definition

Servitude in civil law. A servitude is a qualified beneficial interest severed or fragmented from the ownership of an inferior property (servient estate) and attached to a superior property (dominant estate) or to some person (personal beneficiary) other than the owner.

The host is the dominant or dominion,  the parasite is the  servient  until its gets out of control and takes over the host ,making the host the servient interest unless it kiils the parasite  as a parasite offers no support to the host.

The  counterdeeds  are then just countermeasures  and not cures  to  ridding the body of the parasite  Some,  probably most  cannot  immediately  take the drastic step  of totally separation ( which must be done at some point)  so the counterdeeds  seek  to control the different aspects and influences of the parasite  ( lethargy , financial drain  etc.) on the host . The cure is the notice process  once you comprehend you were born with a parasite !  The legal fiction name account record  is the drag on the real living being  just like any other debt.  But first  one must learn to live outside the support system the parasite has created  to subsist  with you, taking  only enough to keep you alive  as a source.

Executing the aforesaid  counteractions  ( document counter measure ) in regard to the existing record, is done  either before a  public official of the group as witness and being  sealed under their hand  as proof of the authenticity of the counterdeed act   OR by our own private mark ( thumb print or autograph) before two or three living beings  as witnesses and delivered to a  group official or made available for public inspection by group members.

The  parasite  must be noticed that you know they are toxic to your survival so needs  be put on notice to leave the living being alone or  be noticed of termination of services  and replaced  by your own self same  government  already set up for us by  Yahawahshi  ( jesus)  as his kingdom on earth.

The effect of the  execution of the counterdeed  act either destroys that public record , invalidates that public record , or serves  to make the public record void ,changes or alter the public record content and  thereby it's implications. 

The public record  is the record or counterfeit of "you" and your actions stored in another's system which you were joined to as an infant .( uneducated minor)  It  is not you but a record of all acts  and events done in that account name  until it is ceased ! If you don't cease acting in the account  name  then you are considered decedent   or "willing" to manage the  record ( no life name account)  under another ( adoptive father) You agree to just be the presumed  record  and be controlled by the rules of the records in whatever court  that your record exists 

The public record being counteracted is a document which was originally created by the parties and registered into the record  by a  public  official as trustee or some titled record administrator who signed , sealed and delivered the "original" wet ink two sided document as an official document  into the public records of the group to either start or amend  the master file of the record  holder. 

Thereby stating under corporate seal the valid intent of the  executer of the document  as witnessed by the paid official acting as a  trustee of the  public record as the  handling authority / employee of the public corporation, to witness actions on documents of record that effect changes to the groups public records.  

 A record counteraction changes the very nature of the public record itself by the changing either the original content or intent of what the record documented originally.  A public record can be any type of document open to the public , meaning able to be viewed at any time by the (public) many or whole of the group.  

Note: Not all counterdeeds are actual documents though most can be countered by written notice .  Knowledge is the key to not being deceived,  so just by knowing  the presumption being used ,  gives you the ability  to counter it and remain out of  contract  or  counter  the record information  that could  be used against you  in a record charging action.

Public  vs Private is really... public record vs private record !  Greater rights  vs Lesser rights.  The "Government"  means  that  there is some  hired  corporate administrator of the public records of the group. (be it Americans, Mexicans or Canadians or members of any corporation or society )  A governor or chief clerk/judge  is ultimately the public servant in charge of the public records in their care and sets rules for their re-public administration or governing.

So public government ( for many ) and private government  ( for one) ,  So you could say government  is "in  the people"  because it is  the people's records of their  joining the group  that are used as the groups vital records. Because without records there would be no group or records to govern.

The court  is  just the adjudicating body or record clerks who  tend the records . The judge (separator)   is the clerk of the day appointed by the chief clerk  to hear contests to ascertain records validity and decide  if changes to the records will be accepted for filing  in accordance  to the rules of  the court ( record overseers)  holding the records or if a hearing on the record  should be scheduled. 

If you have a record  in a group society  that you support  and have not  ceased /ceded back  the privileges of that office in the group, you are within the groups jurisdiction!  You must follow the rules and  pay the penalties  stipulated by the rules of the groups ( statutes) to continue to have a valid   record in the group in order to receive the group benefits!, which would be the only reason to join.  However  over time the benefits  have been eroded as the parasite grew  to feed its support system so the death process began sucking the life out of you  as host and soon the benefits don't match the  cost so you must withdraw ( cede) or cleanse  your system  of the parasite  by countermeasures.

The recorder/ clerk  database  is where the records are entered in to the database and physical copies  can be made of those records if needed  to  decide  if the record  is correct  or needs adjudged  for approval of  changes or removal! (in your  book of records) The judge  is just the umpire at a hearing  as to and  if the record  can  be updated or removed or used as evidence to validate a charge etc. , and that evidence is used  to prove  that the record says you agreed to some condition of service  at some earlier time.  The record is EVERYTHING ! The record is a record of a right.  If it doesn't say it on the record " it did not happen" or has not yet be approved as evidence  to be included on the record .  Records are dangerous things when the information stored on them is damaging to the character of the  person  (legal)  if relates to. When a record is damming or incorrect   we can move (ask) for its expungement. (removal) . Records can help or convict  a charge so need to be protected. The judges job  is to keep the foxes out of the hen house so to speak  to prevent the privateers  from stealing the golden egg!  the record which proves the higher right  . 

If " no record"  is found  a case cannot proceed as no record ( on the ledger)  of the right exists to record  the outcome of a decision.  We can also  object to records being created  by abatement  which means " that not me !" or that name is not a legal  fiction , and belongs to a living being so can't become a part of a legal record.

Records  are of many types and kinds . Don't be fooled,  there are no governments there are only administrators of records !  all the rules , codes, penalties  imposed by administrators  governing records are only governors or care takers of records . They may be public or private  companies  holding databases  of records .  People "are not" in records only their accounts records are , so a living being can never be held to be a record ,  only if they get you to admit being the record trustee  ,can the record ever affect the living being. Many people think the drivers license is them, its is not,  it is a driving record  of a business record nothing more ,  records of records are very common and makes up the layers of administration.

Records are not usually owned by the sole proprietors they refer to.  They are owned by database companies  who use the records as statistics to  gain financial credit  due to their influence  on the market  and number of contacts  in their  database they can reach with a message . A list of followers  on a social media platform is an example of a private database. Your account in that database  is for your use only, but  you do not own that account name! So technically its not your name  anymore that a house you  rent is your house.

PUBLIC is of, relating to, or affecting a population or a community as a whole, a one to many relation                                                                          

Public Deed: A public deed ( act) is a public document (original ) which comes from a public employee (someone acting, etc., for the community as a whole) with the authority to attest documents.                                                                           

PRIVATE   is belonging to some particular person only: , a one to one relation.                                                                                                                                                

Counter deed: A counter deed (act) is a secret deed (re-cord/ change) that is executed before a notary (witness) or under a private seal. A counter deed destroys, invalidates, voids or alters a public deed. 

PUBLIC RECORD

 A public record is a document  recorded  with the county, state or federal government  in the ordinary course of business that is viewable by the public and relates to a office record 

Private  records  are original documents and then are mistakenly  "registered" with public /private partnership  corporations who re-cord  an abstract of the original as their recreated  property 

This registration supports the presumption that One there is acting in the public as a private business entity registered under the corporation as a sole proprietor because we never countered the presumption of  the abstract registration , instead using it to gain privilege's from the registrar. Therefore they may be  "presumed " to be "acting "in a fictional corporate official capacity in all one's dealings, when this  obviously is not the case, hence the presumption of acting as a business even when One uses their own private calling (name).   

The trick used  to  do the counterfeiting of the living being is in the "making" of another "private agreement" (counter deed)  or abstract with a private corporate agency by voluntarily giving  them our original  information in a public register to be  turned over to be privately registered with a “private” public service agency who then records the abstracted information  to create a  legal person account in their same  name. The  living man is then  appointed as authorized representative  of the account  as the "sole" proprietor or agent of the account. So represents their own account.

A private corporation acting  as  a public service agency is a private corporation that “services” the public (people)  by a private contract . A 'trust" is formed upon registration with the private corporation to hold the original record  whereby  the man loses full control over the original record and splits the full ownership power of the original into two parts or rights . One part is possession right  of the record or thing  it represents and the other part is the control or title right with  power over the  thing  of record. This split in ownership power is done by private agreements called registrations which must be withdrawn or counter deeded again in order to regain back the full power and control again of both rights ( called droit droit) returning them to one united power owner. This eliminates the counterfeit dual ownership.

The name of the republic legal person (sole proprietor agent) and the public lawful calling (wo/man record) are indistinguishable from each other without the needed clarification of distinction of the position they represent  as they sound (ileum sonm) the same and  the letters are  alike,  sometimes as capital letters  to help distinguish the difference. The only solution is to make the distinction on the record  (counterdeed) or use the private name in the public as yahawashi's ambassador.  The problem being the world of fictions  can't  interface with the living and can only recognize other  fictions.

Note: 99% of the people  have received a public  legal name (In the bible called the multitude) so we are  using the reverse counterdeed processes to  go back to the public  from the republic,  but the public  is being  replaced by the re-public .  The old public  system was  by free association and trial in the streets ,  or meaning the private people came out into the public to express their will. But now  with  "documented" records, the public are the registered citizens and the private  people are unregistered  ( undocumented) and the republic are the public registered (documented) citizens  who surrendered  their sovereignty  to serve with the record administration or re-public  as authority  with police power to protect the records.  So three layers private,  public and republic instead of two public and private.  This is due to the lack of teaching of the importance of community involvement in government and how it was farmed out to service providers .  The servicers are the in-habitants ( not habitants) running the re-public  while the public now are the registered  offices of the person who never surrendered their citizen-ship ( merchant license) to business on the high seas so are considered trustees of the public trust  without the ability as an officer to be able to claim their promised land. Only  the people who surrender the citizen-ship  and return to the private land  are able to receive the trust property being held for them that was promised to the overcomers, they are the true beneficial interest  holders and can claim that estate (interest) as theirs when in the proper position  in relation to it.

Private deed : A Private deed is a is a secret deed ( private meaning secret) that acts as a counter deed to the public deed destroying invalidating or altering the public deed by altering the owner of the record.  The  re-cording  of the abstract  of the original  ties it to a different owner than you  thereby  invalidating the original public deed and leaving you powerless as now you only have  a right of possession and they have a right of property or the legal title to the new name created as a sole proprietor which is  the Christian name  with an attached  commerce  name (like carpenter etc) . This act  transferred  your given name that had the inherent  power given by your maker to  the fiction world  of the Man King so we need to transfer it back.

Public vs. Private: Each item on the below list is some type of Private deed ( account Record ) we may of executed without knowing that we were altering the public  deed  (original record COLB ) by creating a counterfeit corporate /sole proprietor account interest name registered in the same name as us. The birth certificate ( beginning  abstract record ) of this entity is not ours but represents our authorization to use the fictional business name as a tool to make a private profit, however when we use it we are presumed to take on all it's fictional attributes and pay fines or accept correctional benefits for violations of its terms of use

Realize. . .   Governments are private  trusts of the people to hold records and created fictions so can only regulate other business fictions-- they do not regulate people never have and never will. So if One allows themselves to be presumed to be the  fictional business entity record created to hold their original then One is volunteering to be the surety ( backing) for the business and thus can also be regulated . The following list are business instruments or statuses that business entities use in their registration documentation. We seek to have secret deeds to present and rebut each incorrect  record or  presumption that proves by the secret deed that we are not a business entity ….thereby countering the continued presumption of the private registration record   A counter deed is a secret deed that invalidates and destroys, voids or alters a public deed. Why ? because it comes from a man! Who always have inherent power over fictions!   

Bible records vs public records:

Bible records are people's private family records. ( pertaining to the one) They are where believers in Yahawashi the savior  want to register family events like births deaths, weddings and baptisms 

Public records ( pertaining to the many )  are  only for offices  in the republic government.  So like a birth certificate as it is proof of a public office  of the person.

All the below records  are  the usual  types of separation of property rights  needing a recording of some kind  to  prove ( if you have one) that  you have a title  or exclusive use to that group property only  so you may market and care for that part of the property until the real living being returns to claim their  right of  reversion back  from  the legal fiction account holding it  until that future time when the claim of right is made.
