The system does not  register living beings.

To remove  consent you  must first  know who you are!  and  transfer or "cede"  back ( become cedent!) the business certificate of record,  with an  asseveration of claim for the actual witnessed record  and demand to be unregistered  as the counterdeed to the presumption of your acceptance to be viewed as  a legal business in a group  instead of a living single man or woman   is a  death event by transfer of your full private living  rights.  

By joining the "group"  instead of just associating  you are deemed to have  split  your rights  and accepted the bailee  position as the "authorized  agent " to run the corporation  interest created in your self same  name and  by your failure to return to claim  your  property registered  birthright at age of majority.

If you have not returned the duplicate birth /origin  certificate of origin  record  with affidavit proof you are the executer and supply  instructions for them as  to how  the account  will be  ministered  over ,   you are deemed to have accepted ( the Custodianship of your inherent power life energy ) by  another legal entity  to act as trustee over your property in exchange for "Society" privileges 

If you  DO cede back the "name" account  with instructions you are  then deemed cedent! (transferred and reassigned)   If you DO NOT remit  the proof certificate and instructions  you are  seen as incompetent so "not" cedent  and  so then considered  the    de-cedent   (presumed a dead entity like a business)

A decedent  is not a deceased as we are taught to believe , it is a status of the  legal person who has not transferred or assigned back control  to his interests ( estate) . See cedent link above

Father 

There are three fathers  in your life . Your maker almighty  or heavenly father , your biological or natural father  and  the  municipal  or city, county or country father

Each  hold a record on you, in a hierarchical  system, but only the top level record of your maker! will count in the end. Loyalty to a lower level imitation  father upon your death will be fatal to your soul.  Only the maker almighty may truly  be called " father" 

So how do  we fix  the problem ?

The answer lies  in  correcting  the records and claim life to  reflect the  true father you choose to serve.  We were given the inherent power of   free  choice, so you must  choose which father you  want to obey and consequently who will  govern you , your record , and under what rules, and what will ultimately  happen to your soul  upon your death.

Setting up  your own godly government (church house/ private member association  ) and controlling your own house records is the only way.  When anyone else has records  on you in a general but not special deposit  , you fall under their " court of record" and rules. 

So  each interaction with others needs to be by special deposit ( delegated  limited authority) per  written agreement , with specific terms and not as  some as some general  agent for all actions regarding the  legal name record  in their database.

Our maker and heavenly spiritual father was rejected by our ancestors  as the king of kings for an alternative  physical father in the form of a Man as the  King , (Man KIng)  ( see 1st Samuel Chapter 8 ) who then set up the adoptive  municipal  father registration system .  

So two (2)  completely separate systems/societies, one  legal or republic ( for goverment of the many under the Man king ) the other is lawful or private international (for the one under the maker's law ) and they never mix!

This site  supports the choice that the Maker is the  correct lawful  choice  and only  one we should call  father , and  why  we should  come completely out of the false legal world  paradigm ( another fathers society)  and not  be deceived  by the  worlds flawed thinking  that another  Man, even a King  will save us from the one who made us!

Our  maker in heaven, who  made us in the flesh, in  his image , and whispered  into  our mother's ear  as to what calling to give us  is our real  Spirit Father  and Founder of our soul

The counterfeit legal Father (Man king) is the creat-or of the re-cord system (A  paper record representative system as a substitute for a living man or woman)   or the counterfeit  world  we know  as  the legal system of paper records ,  business names ,  sole  propriet-ors , agents and trusts  , all fictitious legal persons, are merely paper records! and though only fictional legal persons,  they are treated in their  system as if they were real flesh and blood. 

When we join with that system/society   we accept a " fiction " of law , and choose  another father  ( father of the country,  city father etc. ) of that society as our father and ruler.  When  we register our live born record ( bail our birth right to that societal group  and accept an office position in that society  ) with that group  system we give  over (by joinder)  our maker given  dominion power  / fathers birthright,  that was given  to us  to claim  our promised  land.   

 Instead , we now gave our landed right and allegiance  to another legal entity  in  the record system of a municipal father by our registering and  accepting  privilege's and benefits of that office ,  and now he ( as father /chief/trustee) has the legal (de facto governing) right to control us , as the creator  of our  business account  legal name,  as a  title logged in a legal  record  ledger logged into his adoption system.  

Our  act of registration  "attorned" ( "turned us" over) or split our birthright  into two rights , a right of property and a right of use by  a legal account name and  just a file "number", a  record  in a legal system  where ALL of the legal business names' registered  events are recorded  by the legal record administrators. The book of death!

How can this happen?

The man and  living being   "soul"  is born  of blood and water by a woman and he/she  is given  a calling (given name) to  be called by  other men when out  in the general public. ( among the many)  

 But then, by our biological father not attending to and claiming the  original  people witnessed Statement of Live birth (COLB) ( orgin /matrix document) and taking it home , it was abandoned  and bailed to   the "local father" and  it became a certified  record as a receipt only  of our birthright,  being held by them  in their custodial  bank as unclaimed property 

The birth notice of the  live birth account was  published  in the legal newspaper,  as  notice for claim ,so we could claim it back, but it went unclaimed by our biological father.  

Therefore  the  witnessed COLB "record"  was presumed abandoned  and as it is a valuable  proof of our birthright from Heavenly father  was  still in  need of safekeeping  for the  future claim  of the then incompetent  baby called a minor  

So  the hospital  registered  the unclaimed  record of live birth,  on a ledger record created for our  abandoned property,  using our NAME,  but in ALL CAPS (fiction) in  the  domicile  of the municipality /city fathers,  where we were born. 

The  certificate  of the birth record is  an abstract created from the original witnessed birth record   and is called a birth certificate ( as certificate of proof of the exsistence of the and true original witnessed live born record. This  ledger record  is held in  custody  as a recording  of our beneficial interests  in our birthright should we return to claim it back.  It is  also used  to record  any  events  or other charges for or  against our  beneficial interest, called the estate, estate means interest ( interest in property). and is usually in the form of ALL CAPITALS to denote a fictional person meaning dead or incompetent  so not able to  self sustain itself

 This ledger  record  was  filed  under  a custodian trust  account name, so for example  the JOHN  HENRY DOE  estate    This estate interest  ,  a  legal (record) is a fiction legal person created by declaration at law,  legally is the master file record  of our beneficial  interest (estate)  and  is our right to possess  by claim when we reached age of majority.    

This receipt  or birth certificate  is the proof of  the  original live born record  being registered  and held by the  vital records of the state  and  that certificate  COPY was offered  to our mother after  her application for a registered  name as  proof of birth (orgin) into the record  system of the corporation holding it.

This birth certificate is the  receipt  or  abstract   take off from the original certificate of live birth is held  in the municipality who issued it, The abstract or birth certificate duplicate  (receipt)  was to be used  to match  to the  original  certificate  of live birth on record  there as the proof  of  rightful birthright claim  to the statement of live birth   being  held by the  state municipal father  who holds the  legal right of property it represents until our  return at age of majority over 18 years

When we find out about our real heavenly  father and want to return we need to release (cede ) all claim  of all right to  use  of the municipals  fathers property by returning his citizen  origin record  of birth (office) account  so we can  return  to our real father yahawah  and his protection with clean hands ( not mixed with the unclean hands  of men.

The municipals (cities and counties) are  operating  as  " groups of men/record clerks"  government corporations  as record administrators  with   a  "city father" as the  head  of  the municipal citizen group  who acts as the  adopted "god father "  by  giving  his recorded registrants  the use of the record  name ( job title)  they create for them  in their files .  The  legal record name is issued  and  insured  by the municipality and  is in the self same name as our living being given name ( calling)  but with the  attached  business occupation /trade name (or  Last name  ie  Plumbe or Carpenter) added to our given name converting  it to a fictio or fictional character called a legal person or office  of the person. aka john PLUMBER  john is his real name and the attached  fiction is the registered occupation in the munciplaity  of PLUMBER or whatever.

 This legal sole proprietorship  business name record can now have intercourse called commerce  only with other business  fictions of record  in that domicile.    (jurisdiction)

The two names  our First-middle  ( given) and  our surname  and the business name  LAST  TRADE NAME  are joined  only by the presumption of  being a fiction and our lack of knowledge into one's so called  business entity or sole proprietor "The You " name.  The cop says do "YOU" know "You" were speeding?   Who is You?  You mean Me? Like JOHN HENRY DOE a legal record name 

Now  unless men  really know who they are ?people can easily become  confused  as to which position they are, either  acting as the res-ident,  (res) meaning  property and  (ident) meaning identified)   or as the  sole proprietorship (business policy decedent ) adopted  /registered  under a city father 

  Res-ident  OR Re-sident

Just  being a private  man under our heavenly father as a re-sident of a geographical place      (re-sident  is  the  cedent  , meaning transferred or assigned ) in his kingdom  as one who has re-sided ( chosen side ) by notice and  transferred  the  citizen office authority of the person  certificate back to the  issuer with abatement  instructions  and notice that we choose  to return to the orginial dominion (home)  of  our real heavenly father.  read  1st Samuel Chapter 8 in the bible!

So any office holder noticing  the municipal  group (citizens) of their  intent  of  terminating the domicile  in the municipality by resigning as the agent for service of process  and releasing all claim to the group assets of the society would become cedent  and no more be deemed  decedent

Decedents  ( dead entities) are always presumed to be acting in the office of the person as a business citizen  when out in the public if and when using the public  citizen  registered business name. This happens because  the citizen is attaching the  Surname   to their given name  which creates a fiction  called a lastname

 Note : Everything is backwards or a mirror of the reality.

The distinction MUST be made by declaration as to which  government  you serve .  If you use another  NAME created  by  man's goverment  instead of the name  given you  by the maker of your soul they will have dominion over  you.

 The record of one’s NAME is known by the administrators of the lower public estate.  A record administrator (Judge) does in fact take silent judicial notice of this record BEFORE any statutory court proceeding.  

When one corrects the record of the original public deed  by declaration to  show that the infant is now  age of majority  and terminates  the bailment  with a counter deed of their own free will and volition proving where their heart stands, then and only then  will  the  record of their deed be irrevocably changed to reflect that the man has returned from incompetence , in a vow of promise to obey the will and way of their Maker almighty first  and not the will and way of humankind as there God 

If you decide to stay in the  documented  public record system  as an officer,  in the public office of the person,  you must follow that governments  rules and regulations as one of its recorded members and receive that temporal reward  

The two sides living beings  and legal ( or dead fictions)  corporations cannot meet,  ever,  one is mans system and one is Yahawah's system.  The double minded is the warm or middle and will not be accepted by either the hot (Yahawah's side ) or the cold ( man's side)  so the choice  to give it all up to come out of her ( man king  system)  has to be made, their is no fence straddling, you have to  come out or face the consequences of that choice.

A sole proprietorship is a registered business fiction office that is operated in the public by a individual which is a corporation sole .  Sole proprietors do not need to re- register with their state, pay formation fees, or follow any formal business practices.  Therefore,  for legal purposes a sole proprietorship is indistinguishable from its individual registered owner. 

Why do they not have to register as a business ?  Simple, the birth  registration, is also the registration of the sole proprietorship! it's already been registered by asking for a birth certificate  of the birth record  you just recorded !The  sole proprietor ship was registered, not the baby,  they don't register people!  They register business  entity's like sole proprietorships .

If no counter deed  ( declaration by secret deed) as claim of right  and  being a non corporation  is found on the record to counter the public registration record that created  the  sole proprietor/citizen name, we will  always be presumed  (falsely) to be acting  in the capacity of a trustee/trustor for a  public record / sole proprietor business (privateer) and be subject to administration regulations . 

Regulations  were only meant for the public   businesses registered  on the public record  with the government, of choice , who then hired a  private administrative  corporate  entity a  "re-public,"  to control and manage  the publics records  by statutes (rules)  designed to inform  the general public of the state of a given record at any time and  protect the general public  from the privateers ( private  businesses working for the  private goverments ) of record acting as re-public  policy enforcers for profit.

Everyone (including the Notaries) needs to realize that  "State of State" Notaries, like State of State Sheriffs, don't have any public bonds associated with what is in fact a private corporate office as an administrator providing a public service as a paid or unpaid contractor.

Loving  people  have always had the desire to help and serve  their  brothers and sisters  by performing public service,  however it  was never meant to become a "career job " as  civil service was to be  only a temporary duty  time of service.  A civil servant is a part of the re-public or administration of the rules  of the goverment which according to U.S. National Debt Clock : Real Time there are 24,024,495 government employees in America.

When your elected to serve the republic you  surrender your  sovereign political power  for the time of your republic service and are granted  authority  from the "people"  to do the republic record servicing.  When you leave the republic office ,  you were to return your certificate of  authority badge, office  etc.  and return  to the  private  sector.  Now however,  most people   are keeping  their citizen re-public certificate of authority (BC)  and not returning  it , so are like  a  reserve core (possible privateers)  still  in the position  to serve another  republic position (public record manager) ,  so must be presumed  a career regulated republic servant , which was not the idea  of  sovereignty by the people and for the people. So private people in career republic  service  job positions  has skewed the public good. 

 Counter deeds correct the record by rebutting  the presumptions that the name you are using is  acting as a republic business sole proprietor when you are in fact a just a living being  out in the general public areas doing private business.  By providing   return of the certificate of authority and releasing yourself  from the citizen office  authority  you can return to the private  sector as a living being without regulations  except  Makers laws of don't not kill  ,harm  or slander another's reputation. Do no harm or injury as without which there is no crime!

The problem could of been avoided all together if one had always used their given  Christian  name when  out in the public .  However these days everyone is "presumed" to be doing public business (as a privateer)  while out  in the  public, due to always being asked by commercial interests  for your "last name" or the occupation sole proprietor record name. 

Without  rebuttal of that presumption and voicing that you are  a non corporation being  and placed  on the record  by notice  and counterdeed . The doctrine of merger cannot  apply  so the presumptions stands as accepted ,  “Failure of any adverse party to deny under oath allegation that party is a corporation dispenses with necessity of proof of that fact.” • Galleria Bank v. Southwest Properties, Inc. (Civ.App. 1973) 498 S.W.2d 5.,  (See the 12 presumptions of court)  which is what you get  when you want and intend  to be  a sole proprietor privateer and pay  debts  that were already paid for you by Jesus's  sacrifice for us  and forgiveness of all our debts and trespasses of yahawah's law. through the shedding of blood for the remission of trespasses called sin

 Men were meant to be free and businesses to be regulated ! Businesses  are fictions and therefore  must be registered to be known in the public , and  held responsible for their privateer actions

The reaction  is learn who you are  so you can use the solution  to  correct how you are seen in the public!

True freedom ! --- can  only be had from the maker of heaven and earth who makes people!

Governments,  as record administrators, only administer fictitious businesses  or legal name/citizen account records who some call dead entities. They aren't dead persons because they never were  living or a person , they are just a office linked with a" record "name like a bank account .   

So the record holders act  as if they are our real  fathers /landlords because  we created a record/office  in their system (house)  which they  administrate, but  in reality they are  only record  collectors.

Judges are record clerks who hear change requests to the record they protect

 Like in an adoption , a city  adopts our record as their own citizen  by our application for a birth certificate (record creation ) in their system.  They use our self same family  name in their naming system because we GIVE IT TO THEM! and they use it  to set up  the record  and assume the legal control of our birthright given us by Yahawah. 

The reason is  because we shared our father's  given name with them  in an exchange for benefits ,  like schools and  corrections .

The account is set up while we were incompent children and is  to be  held for us until we reach age of majority or the  competence to reclaim the contents which is our birthright. Plus the  use fees from the promised land  it represented,  and the waste from  the usufruct is accounted for on a ledger  till we reenter the terra  soil . 

 Governments  does not  regulate people.  Ask them !

They can only regulate  records and offices , being  only  fictional name account records  they created in their  system.  So when they get people to register for an office (make a record)  as a public fictional sole proprietor and when you use that fictional LASTNAME name record  they can then regulate you by the unrebutted presumption  as if you were the  business record  and not a living being.

The public  is free to all , so when a given name is used in the public it  tells those private  officers patrolling the public  for their  group citizens who are breaking their private codes  that the you as a living being  are not acting as the  registered sole proprietor business as no  last name is attached, so the living being can not be regulated as he is not one of their public registered citizen's  with a LASTNAME ( occupation name) of record

 If you use the public business association name (FIRST MIDDLE LAST or FIRST LAST ) in the public  you are  saying you are open to do business  with other registered  fictions (records) and must follow all  regulations pertaining to that registration or any agreement that are attached to that record name you are using.
