Establishment documents

  One here, A bible believing christian man, by Maker God given power, Maker God is my witness and I need no other, desiring to establish this faith based church ministry based under the Sovereignty and Government of Jesus Christ, do hereby testify of it's establishment according to God's natural common law to all men and the following articles.  
1. Ministry Name  
This ministry is to be called Counterdeed Ministry, being a free church association, unregulated by man and predestined by Maker God and established in Heaven to minister on Earth; ( Matthew 6:10) hereinafter referred to as Counterdeed Ministry.

2. Purpose  
The purpose of this document is evidence of the establishment of a private church association ministry for the purpose of worshiping, service, loving, and glorifying Jesus Christ as our Lawgiver, Judge, and King pursuant to the following.

For God is the King of all the earth: singing praises with understanding.” [Psalms 47:7 Bible, NKJV]
“ For the Lord is our judge , the Lord is our Lawgiver, The Lord is our King; He will save us.” [Isaiah 33:22, Bible , NKJV]  
We hold these truths to be self-evident that we may establish said private church association ministry and make recording of this testimonial record which establishes it's private venue in the kingdom of God wherever it's meeting place is and wherever the church gathers or the parson and ministers be found and yet not seek any worldly government enumeration, registration or recognition. We also hold it to be self evident that any efforts to seek voluntary registration, enumeration or recognition from the worldly civil government of said entity within the jurisdiction or venue of any civil government law shall render said association no longer a Church association ministry whose sole head is Jesus Christ, but instead a church association that is serving “Two” masters in violation of the Bible upon which this church association ministry is founded:  
You shall have no other gods [meaning earthly law rulers] before me [ or before my commandments]. [Exodus 20:3 Bible , NKJV]  
“Do not walk in the statutes of your fathers, nor observe their judgments , nor defile yourselves with their idols. I am the Lord your God: Walk in My statutes. Keep my judgments , and do them; Hallow My sabbaths, and they will be a sign between me and you, that you may know that I am the Lord your God.” Ezekiel 20:10-20,Bible , NKJV]  
By and Between
This church association established by the sovereign authority of God's holy laws found in his word the Holy Bible, is a covenant, a contract, and a trust indenture between all those believers who accept to be party to it ,as his stewards, trustys, and fiduciaries and the parson and ministers as the keepers of Heavenly Father' law for he is the maker of all that is.    
“ And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love [obedience to God's law's] abides in [and is a fiduciary of ] God, and God in him.” [1stJohn 4:16,Bible, NKJV]  
“ Now by this we know that we know Him [Maker God], if we keep his commandments. He who says, “I know him “ and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps his word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him [his fiduciaries]. He who says he abides in Him [as a fiduciary] ought himself also to walk as He [Jesus] walked.” [1stJohn 2:3-6, Bible, NKJV]  
“ It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority. But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses [Fiduciary] to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Sumeria, and to the end of the earth.”[Acts 1:7-8, Bible, NKJV]  
One here, michael-allan: a Citizen of the Heavenly Kingdom of our Lord Jesus, a spirit filled being ,a non-citizen American national temporarily sojourning on the place called the Republic of California and anywhere else he travels in the place called the united States of America or anywhere in the world by authority, belief and acceptance of his superior god given right by the Maker Almighty to sojourn on makers land being the dominant venue of the kingdom of God and only assumed to be within a presumed defacto jurisdiction of the subservient State; with no evidence of a higher right than maker Almighty's, or claim to the contrary and believes none exist, the below autographed believer in the absolute dominion of the maker Almighty and his son Jesus, heir of all his creation on this day below noted, desiring to form a private church association and congregating under the sovereignty and Government of Jesus Christ, the highest of all final authority, hereby declare the establishment of this ministry according to the following articles of formation, and again a third time proclaim this done in the name of Jesus our master and lord of all.  
  
  3.Mastery of Jesus the Christ  
Jesus the Christ is the head of all aspects of his Church and Ministries and associated believers through his word having sole authority over them;

23 For the husband is the head of the wife , even as Christ is the head of the church;and he is the savior of the body, Eph 5:23, Bible, NKJV  
  18 And He is the head of the body, the church,who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence, Col 1:18, Bible, NKJV  
  5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another ,Romans 12:5, Bible, NKJV  
  20 Which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21far above all principality and power and might and dominion,and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. 22 And He put all things under His feet,and gave Him to be head over all thingst o the church, Eph 1:20-22. 4.Herein Word Meanings  
Church:
The word “church” in this document and other governing documents has the meaning as it is used in the bible and also as defined at common law, below, to designate the body of Christ, which is the diverse body of all believers doing the work of Christ throughout the world.  
  “Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the affections of Christ in my flesh for His body's sake, which is the Church” ,Col 1:24, Bible , NKJV  
  “For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord of the Church: For we are members of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones.” Eph 5:29-30, Bible, NKJV    
  “For as we are many members in one body, and all members have not the same office; So we, being many, are one body of Christ, and every one members of one another. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the portion of the faith.” Rom 12:4-6, Bible, NKJV  Church in its most general sense, the religious society founded and established by Jesus Christ, to receive, preserve,and propagate His doctrines and ordinances [Black’s Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition]    
  The term church may refer to the parish community that meets together – or to the building or land.  
Association:  The act of a number of people uniting for some purpose, whether social, business or benevolent.
The people so associating or the organization or reason for being formed.

The word ‘association’ as used in this document is synonymous with an assembly of two or more believers who follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. Counterdeed ministry is a local association of believers of the One True Church, of many other congregations; headed by Jesus Christ. see Matthew 18:20 Bible, NKJV)  
  “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Matthew 18:19-Bible, NKJV  
  Ministry:  The word ministry in this document and other governing documents is used as it is defined in the Bible and as also defined at law, below, to designate the functions of people serving within the Church as directed by Jesus the Christ. The bible speaks for birth Christ placing a man into a ministry and of a man placing himself into a ministry after a calling of his spirit to do so.  
  24 But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. Acts 20:24  
  10 He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fulfill all things. 11 And He Himself gave one to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the [a] edifying of the body of Christ, Eph 4:10-12    12 And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful,putting me into the ministry, 1 Timothy 1 :12  
  4 but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.”Acts 6:4  15 I urge you, brethren—you know the household of Stephanas, that it is the first fruits of Achaia, and         that they have devoted themselves to the ministry of the saints 1 Cor 16 :15  
  Ministry ...”Ecclesiastical functions” Black law Dictionary, sixth edtion  Ecclesiastical: “Pertaining to anything belonging to or set apart for the church, as distinguished from “civil”or “secular,” with regard to the world “ Blacks law Dictionary, sixth edition.  
  Parson:
In ecclesiastical law. One that hath full possession of all the rights of a parochial [parish] church or association. So called because the church, which is an invisible body associated, is headed by a parson he is himself establishing it in order to protect and defend the church association which he heads.  The parson is the proper clergyman in charge of the association of the parish territory entrusted to him. He exercises the pastoral care of the community entrusted to him under the authority of Jesus Christ whose ministry of Christ he is called to share, so that for this association he may gather teachers , servants and prayer groups for lay members of Christ's faithful, in accordance with Makers law.

Parsonage:
Is a house in which a minister of the gospel resides. 189 Mich. 408.    
  Parish:
A parish (Latin:parochia) is a stable community of the faithful within a particular church association, whose pastoral care is entrusted to a parson.
A parish has two constitutive elements: a associated body of Christian faithful and a parson as the association leader to serve their spiritual needs. This parish land is the dominion of the Maker Almighty given us to use and care for as our dominion.
In Ecclesiastical Law. The territory committed to the charge of a parson, or vicar, or other minister. Ayliffe, Par. 404; 2 Bl. Comm. 112. A district of country, of different extents.

5.Legal Status of the church formed  
1.Church is an ‘Establishment of Religion’ in terms of the Constitution of the United States of America.  
Counterdeed Ministry and all of the associates shall have the legal status described below:    
We are fiduciaries of God, who is a"non-taxpayer", and therefore we are "non-taxpayers".    
  Our legal status takes on the character of the sovereign who we represent. Therefore, we become"foreign diplomats".    
  47"For God is the King of all the earth; Sing praises with understanding." Psalm 47:7,Bible, NKJV]    
  33 "For the LORD is our Judge, the LORD is our Lawgiver, the LORDis our King; He will save [and protect] us." Isaiah 33:22,Bible, NKJV  
  2. The laws which apply to us are from the domicile of the Heavenly sovereign we represent,which are the Holy Bible pursuant to:

  3. Our "domicile' s the Kingdom of God on Earth, and not within the jurisdiction or venue of any man-made artificial government. We  have a domicile on earth and yet are not in the jurisdiction or venue of any fictional government because the Bible says that God, and not man, owns the WHOLE earth and all of Creation. We are therefore “transient foreigners” and “stateless persons” in respect to every man-made fictional government on earth.    
4. We are “Non-resident aliens” and “nationals” but not “citizens” under the US federal law. The reason this must be so is that a “citizen of the United States” (who are all birthed in and resident within exclusive federal jurisdiction under 8 U.S.C. Section 1401 may not be classified as an instrumentality of a foreign state under 28 U.S.C. Section 1332 (c) and (d) and 28 U.S.C. section 1603(b).    
  5. We are not and cannot be “legal residents” of any earthly jurisdiction or venue without having a conflict of interest and violating the first four commandments of makers Ten Commandments found in Exodus 20.  Heaven is our exclusive legal “domicile” and our “permanent place of abode”, and the source of ALL of our permanent protection and security. We cannot and should not rely upon man's vain earthly laws as an idolatrous substitute for God's law, and suitable protection for our God-given rights.    
“For I was ashamed to request of the king an escort of soldiers and horsemen to help us against the enemy on the road, because we had spoken to the king, saying ‘The hand of our God is upon all those for good who seek Him, but His power and His wrath are against all those who forsake Him.’ So we fasted and entreated our God for this, and He answered our prayer” Ezra 8:21-22.   6. We are “Foreign Ambassadors” and “Ministers of a foreign state” called Heaven in the Kingdom of God.in relation to countries of the world.  The U.S. Supreme Court said in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark below that ministers of a foreign state “ may not be statutory “ citizens of the United States”.  
  “For our citizenship is in heaven. [ not of this earth] and we eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ” Philippians 3:20, Bible, NKJV  
  “I am a stranger in the earth;Do not hide your commandments [laws] from me.” Psalm 119:19, Bible, NKJV  
  “I have become a stranger to my brothers, and an alien to my mother’s children; Because zeal for your house has eaten me up, and the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me. Psalm 69:8-9, Bible, NKJV  
  “ and Mr. Justice Miller, delivering the opinion of the court [ legislating from the bench, in this case] , in analyzing the first clause [of the fourteenth amendment] observed that“ the phrase”subject to the jurisdiction thereof” was intended to exclude from it's operation children of ministers,consuls, and citizens or subjects of foreign states,born within the United States “ [U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark 169 U.S. 649 18 S. Ct.456; 42 L. Ed. 890 (1898)]  
  7. Our Private member association dwelling is a “Foreign embassy”. Notice we didn't say “residence”, because only legal residents can have a “residence”.

 We are protected from federal government persecution by 18 U.S.C. Section 112 and the foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976  
  8. We are a “stateless person” within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. Section 1332(a) immune from the jurisdiction or venue of the federal courts , which are all Article IV, legislative, territorial courts . We are “stateless “ because we do not maintain a domicile within the “state” defined in 28 U.S.C. Section 1332 (d) which is a federal territory and excludes states of the Union.  9. We are not allowed under God's law to conduct “commerce” or “ commercial intercourse” with the artificial government by sending to it our gold and silver or receiving benefits we did not earn. Blacks Law dictionary defines “commerce” as “commercial intercourse”. The bible defines “ the Beast” as the kings of the earth “/ political rulers in Revelations 19 :19  “And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army. “ Revelations 19 :19, Bible , NKJV  
This is consistent with the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act [ 28 U.S.C. Section 1605(a)(2),] which says that those who conduct "commerce"with the "United States” federal corporation within its legislative jurisdiction thereby surrender their sovereignty. Our Lord agreed with the above conclusions when he said:
"Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you now know that friendship [and"citizenship"] with the world [or the governments of the world] is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend ["citizen"or"taxpayer"or"resident"or"inhabitant"] of the world makes himself an enemy of God."James 4:4,Bible, NKJV]  
Christians are "aliens" in fact, which means "foreigners". We also note that a "national" but not "citizen" is a "for-eign(e)" ( firstborn double right holder) and a "foreign person" in respect to every subject matter of federal legislation.   Any other status imputed or assumed by the government other than "foreign" and "sovereign" and "alien" amounts to "compelled association" in violation of the First Amendment (see section 6 later for explanation). We must surrender our sovereignty to our Maker and become His fiduciaries in order to be granted sovereignty over our government and our own affairs, because ALL Sovereignty ultimately comes from Him:

  5.2Church is an ‘Establishment of Religion’ in terms of the Constitution of the United States of America.

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances [U.S. Constitution , Amendment 1]  
  5.3 Governing documents and policy of Counterdeed free church  
The primary governing documents of Counterdeed Ministry is the Holy Bible. Additional governing documentation required to cover issues not specifically answered in the bible and to establish principals and methods specific to Counterdeed ministry is this private member association document  maintained by the associationmembers.  
A free church is a Christian church association that is intrinsically separated from any government (as opposed to a theocracy, or an"established" or state church).  
  A free church is not a corporate sole and not a body corporate aggregrate but is a private member association and per USC 26 508(c) 1 (a) an exception due to separation of church and state.    
[26 U.S. Code § 508 - Special rules with respect to section 501(c)(3) organizations  (c)Exceptions  (1)Mandatory exceptions Subsections (a) and (b) shall not apply to—  (A) churches, their integrated auxiliaries, and conventions or associations of churches, or}]

A free church association does not define government policy, nor have governments define church policy or theology, nor seeks or receives government endorsement or funding for its general mission  This is historically what the Christian church was before Emperor Constantine, and did not appear again until the Protestant Reformation.    
  This Church private member association shall not seek nor accept government registration under I.R.C. §501(c )(3).

This Church private member association shall not seek nor accept government enumeration, including Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TINs), Employer Identification Numbers (EINs).    Any real property or other personal property held by the Counterdeed ministry shall be held by the private member association as parson and its  parsonage property to be used as it deems best for the church private member association as it was in days of old.

6 .Non Sectarian and Non Denominational  
The Counterdeed Ministry name was chosen as a name of reference only - not to create a sect or denomination in any way. Counterdeed Ministry is not affiliated with any religious party or denomination. The church association is for private members , not public, though all are invited to attend the congregation’s meetings to see if it meets their desired purposes. To associate One does not need to be part of the Counterdeed Ministry to attend the introductory church association functions. The term ‘Christian Ministry’ is used to describe the teachings and practices of the Counterdeed Ministry and is based upon the Christian Faith and doctrines of sharing  the faith as found in the Bible. Counterdeed Ministry does not have any doctrinal ties with other ‘Christian Church’ groups, but recognizes that spiritually all believers are part of Makers Church that belongs to Christ as its head  (Rom 16:16) and God (Acts 20:28; 1 Cor. 1:2; 10:3; 11:16; 15:9; 2 Cor. 1:1; Gal. 1:13; 1 Thes. 2:14; 2 Thes. 1:4; 1 Tim. 3:5).The Bible teaches that a church or church association will not be judged by it’s name, but by it’s works (Rev.2-3).  
  7. Supporters  
The autograph(s) on this document is/are of the initial covenant supporting member(s) of the Counterdeed Ministry. Other Association member  may be added or removed in accordance with the Governing Documents and their covenants. As Jesus Christ works primarily through men and woman by His Spirit, human decision-making power for Counterdeed Ministry is established in it’s volantary association agreement to work together as brethren; it is not the same as membership in the Church, the body of people beliving in Jesus Christ. Specifically, it is possible that a person could become anassociate of Counterdeed Ministry yet without having the spiritual change of heart necessary to be a member of the body of Christ; and it is readily acknowledged that many members of “His” Church fellowship associating at the Counterdeed Ministry may not necessarily have become members of the body of Christ as it is by their heart  that he knows them.  
  8.Scope of Powers  
Counterdeed Ministry deriving its power from the Maker Almighty  God in Heaven and acting with its associates in accordance with the word and  its Governing Documents, is authorized to conduct the Church functions it determines to be necessary.    1.Such activities may include, but are not limited to:    2.Conducting Church Services and other worship activities;    3.establishing a witness outings to the local neighbors and all who come to visit;    educating people in Bible basics;    4. visiting with the sick and dying ,    5. preparing people for Federation in their marriage, family, church, community, government;    6.helping and teaching the brethren to be fruitful people in spite of personal difficulties and limitations;    7.serving as a repository of Bible study literature and disseminating it as God makes it possible;    8.writing the experiences of the community in word, song or other media,    to be an inspiration and an encouragement to others for similar communities and local church congregations;    9.opening financial accounts such as bank accounts, brokerage accounts or other investment accounts;    10. the purchase, lease or rental of association meeting facilities and work facilities for ministries; including the holding ,lease or rental of necessary equipment, musical instruments, vehicles, supplies, implements or tools, in any and all forms of property, both real and personal; the care, remuneration and/or compensation for those laboring in church service;    11.the distribution of tangible and intangible gifts or benevolent charities; as well as any other necessary and appropriate financial transactions of Counterdeed Ministry acting through the parson as governing body, for the initiation, promotion, expansion and continuation of it’s activities

9. Authorization

The written organization and operation of Counterdeed Ministry is hereby petitioned for and authorized by we, the establisher(s) attesting by our autograph(s) hereunto:
