Counterdeed Ministry Private Common law Member Association Agreement                                                      

This agreement is made between Counterdeed Ministry, a private membership association, its founding members  and the undersigned (hereinafter " One here" or" Member")

This agreement is made between Counterdeed Ministry, a private membership association and free church (hereinafter "Counterdeed Ministry"), and the undersigned founders who are also members and will who will manage it for the benefit its members only (hereinafter "the Member")   By joining Counterdeed ministry, a private member association and/or any website or Social media group started by, created by, maintained, or organized by this association, Member  agrees to the terms and conditions herein set forth for Counterdeed Ministry, a private member association agreement as follows. 

 Objective Purpose , Scope and Limitations of the PMA   

This association of members declare that our objective and purpose is to allow the Counterdeed ministry Private Member Association founders and all private association members within the scope of ageed supporting members, a platform in which to conduct all manner of private business within this Association and with other associated private associations and their private members. 

Agreed together to keeping all private businesses in the private domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed to the states by the Federal constitution which is the written agreement between the states that created the Federal goverment for specific purposes.  The constitution guaranteeing  the American states  and the people of those states the right to freely assemble and it has always been the courts interpetation that the right to assemble and the right to association are synonymous.

 Preservation of rights   
We believe that the holy scriptures, the universal declaration of human rights, the various constitutions of the several states and the constitution of the United States all guarantee the rights of absolute freedom while allowing administration of the member association rules. Some of the guaranteed rights claimed are:  

the  right of absolute freedom of faith and worship of Maker almighty ( religion ); and

the right of free speech; and

the right of petition; and

the right  of assembly and the right to gather together for lawful purposes of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions and Charters; and

the right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure; and

the right not to incriminate ourselves; and

 the right to freely exercise all our natural unalienable rights given by Maker almighty to his natural creations as the maker of nature. 

 Declaration
We hereby declare that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association“ as guaranteed by the above referenced documented rights . This means that our association activities are  restricted to the private domain only and are outside of the jurisdiction of  public government entities, officers of the same, agents , contractors, and other representatives as provided by their public laws restricting interference with private contracts 

 Declaration of Purpose of this Free Church Association   
This Free Church association is formed for the purpose of providing its members with access to online ministry services, products, information, and resources related to private estate transactions, contracts, deeds, titles, loans, and other matters of interest to the church members and their property. This private Free Church member Association operates in the private domain and member services are not open to the general public, but the truth of why we do, what we do is ! …. to be back with our Maker Jesus someday! 

 Right to Associate is protected
One here  comprehends that since this association is protected by the first ammendment of the bill of rights and the fourteenth amendment under the US Constitution, this association  is outside the jurisdiction and authority of State and Federal alphabet agencies concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the association founders, members or staff .  All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by a private tribunal, committee or association designee created within the association group and any outside settlement is waived by the member for the benefit of the association members. 

One here agrees to this association membership and have sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself. 

  
 Private Capacity   
One here agrees to associate with Counterdeed Ministry, a private member association in my private capacity, under common law with members who seek to help each other and achieve better comprehension of their dominion and right to a better quality of life , therefore;    

1. One here am voluntarily changing my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member . 

 2. One here agrees the  activities  of each member within the association are of a private contractual nature and are under the Chatham house rules and are matters that one here cannot share with local, state or federal investigative or enforcement agencies. The Chatham House Rules are a set of guidelines that are used to facilitate open and honest discussions in meetings, especially on sensitive or controversial topics. The rules state that participants are free to use the information from the meeting, but they cannot reveal the identity or affiliation of the speaker or any other participant. This way, people can express their opinions and arguments in private without fear of being criticized or exposed by others.   

3. One here fully agrees not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of the association, unless that member has exposed one here to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the association to that course of action 

4. One here  enters into this agreement of one heres own free will by right to contract and without any pressure or coercion. One here affirms that One here does not represent any local, State or Federal agency whose normal purpose is to regulate and approve products or service for the public, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation for the public . 

One here has read and understood this agreement and One here's questions have been answered fully to One here's satisfaction. One here  comprehends that One here  may withdraw from this agreement at any time by validated notice of the association.  

 
 Qualifications  of Membership 

  
To qualify for free church association membership, the Member must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. The Member must also agree to abide by this agreement and the rules and policies of the Association. Not abiding by the member rules is reason for immediate removal of the member.  

 
 Benefits of membership include:   

• Access to the Free Church Association's website, Counterdeed.com, where the Members can , ask questions , download, print, share documents and information via email or the skype group.   

• Access to the Free Church Association's online library of documents , where the Member can at times find articles, videos, podcasts, webinars, ebooks, courses, and other educational materials related to estate topics   

• Access to the Free Church Association's online skype community, where the Member can interact with other members, ask questions, share experiences, give feedback, and receive support   

• Access to the Free Church Association's online marketplace, where the Member can buy sample documents , products or services available to members only   

• Access to the Free Church Association's online events, where the Member can participate in live or recorded service webinars, workshops, seminars, conferences, or other activities hosted by the Free Church Association or its member partners   

• Access to the Free Church Association's discounts and rewards program, where the Member can trade Numero points for the Free Church Association's services or products and or redeem them for membership dues. 

• Access to the Free special point sermons copied to the website blog . 

Terms and Conditions of Membership   

The private area membership access is a requested gift of 10.00 a month via website paypal link from the date of signing this agreement to help support this ministry or 100 numero points. a one year membership is available for an gift of an actual .999 silver dollar ( send email for instructions of this option).   

Dispute resolution   

Any disputes will be resolved by a chosen board of members who will decide and settle the dispute and their decision will be final and unquestionable in a simple arranged settlement. 

Renewal of membership  

The Member can renew their membership by making their membership a automatically recurring monthly gift before the expiration date.   

Cancellation of membership  

The Member can cancel their membership at any time by notifying the Free Church Association by email and requesting termination of membership . ( the member must receive a reply from the association to validate the receipt of request to terminate . The Member will not receive a refund for any unused portion of their gift to support the membership.   

Termination of membership   

Termination of membership will occur if member is found to be engaged in any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harassing behavior of any other member of the association on the website or in message board   

 The Member agrees to:

• Use the Association's services or products for their own private purposes only.   

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and their information.   

• Comply with all association rules of membership.   

 The Private member association agrees to:  

• To do their best to respond to all requests within 48 hours  unless away from web access for an extened period of time

• Honor all gift memberships ending with a notice of termination 

• Keep users information private.    
 
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF

One here agrees this member contract will begin on the date of One here agreeing to associate. One here have carefully read the whole of this document and One here comprehends its intention and agree with it by one heres  submission of One heres given name, email and autograph  (used only for member services). One here find value in the content and associated member support and promise to support the website with small monthly gift(s) to help settle charges for it maintenance, updates and hosting to keep it going. The below form submitted is evidence of One heres will to associate with Counterdeed Ministry private member association and One here's gifts will grant one here special access to the private areas of the member area
One here declares by association with this association and /or associated websites and/or media groups , One here has carefully read the whole of this document and accept  it for what it is and agree to all updates included to make it better as they occur
